*A Qualifying Side Volume: The additional amount of QV that is required for advancement to an achievement level when an Associate in your group advances to the same achievement level as yourself.
*B Associates on AMO can earn up to 35% in retail commissions
*C Maximum of half the required Qualified Directors or 1/2 the Organizational Volume (OV) in a single leg.
*D Business Development Bonus (BDB) is paid through the next qualified Associate at the same achievement level.
