Crown Leadership Pool Criteria

2006 Crown Leadership Pool

For a Crown to qualify for a share of the 2006 Crown Leadership Pool, the following criteria must be met:

Monthly Qualification Criteria

Qualify as a Crown Director or above.

Quarterly Qualification Criteria

Develop a minimum of one new Director leg each calendar quarter personally sponsored by your Crown position.

Note: if an Associate promotes to Crown Director during a quarter, they will earn a share in the Crown Leadership Pool for the month(s) they are a qualified Crown in that quarter and the new Director leg qualification will be waived for that quarter. However, the new Director leg requirement will apply in the following quarters.

Annual Qualification Criteria

Attend the 2007 Annual Conference Cruise.

Recipients of the Crown Leadership Pool must attend the entire Annual Conference in order to receive their share of the pool. Canadian Crown Directors will share in the Canadian pool and U.S. Crown Directors will share in the U.S. pool.

The pool is divided as follows:

	Crown	Silver Crown	Gold Crown	Platinum Crown	Crown Ambassador
	20%	20%*	20%*	20%*	20%

* The entire pool will be paid out proportionately for the positions that are qualified. For example, if there are four positions qualified, each position gets 25%.
